The ramen here is a gentle, chicken-based clear broth with thin straight noodles — light, refined, and easy to enjoy any time of day. Choose between the soy-sauce "Shige-san" or the salt "Kumiko-san," each topped with pork belly and chicken chashu, shiso, and red onion. 知輪から歩いて数分の場所にあるのが、2025年8月にオープンしたラーメン店 「中華そば きくちゃん」 です。堺のラーメン店で経験を積み、ラーメン学校で学んでから開業された女性店主によるワンオペのお店。きれいに整えられたL字カウンターや、一杯一杯ていねいに仕上げられたラーメンに、その心遣いが表れています。

スープは鶏ベースのあっさりとした清湯。中細ストレート麺との相性もよく、上品で時間を問わず楽しめる一杯です。醤油の「茂さん」、塩の「久美子さん」から選べて、豚バラ肉と鶏ムネ肉のチャーシュー、青紫蘇、アーリーレッドがトッピングされます。丼ものや、ソフトクリーム・マドレーヌといった手作りスイーツもあり、ラーメン店ならではのうれしい驚きも。
